The production line is formed by integrating multiple kinds of processing equipment, process pipelines and automatic control systems as well as mechatronics equipment including electric equipment, hydraulic equipment and pneumatic equipment. It absorbs the latest technical achievements at home and abroad, and features optimal design, scientific innovation and leading technology. Its key parts adopt parts with original packaging, and the localization rate is over 95%.

Strict quality parameter detection control measures, computer online automatic monitoring as well as laboratory analysis, detection and tracking are implemented in the whole technical process from raw materials to intermediate products and to finished products so as to adjust and set technological parameters any time and ensure that each process is perfectly safe.

Equipment Function：

1 The production line realizes full automation from raw materials to casing and warehousing.

2 The whole line implements PLC program control and touch screen human-computer interface operation, and all equipment can be operated singly.

3 Cement glue and curing agent are subjected to double-component parallel classification and quantitative filling.

4 Anchoring agent automatic shearing, the end socket is tightly sealed and leakage-free, and has good straightness.

5 The product diameter is Φ23mm (regular size), the length can be set at will in the range of 100 to 1,500 mm (products of special specifications can be produced).

6 Take the filling equipment (Φ23*350mm) as the example: output per minute ≥35 pieces, output per shift ≥10,000 pieces, annual capacity ＞5 million pieces, can be regulated through adjusting mechanism, rate of finished products ≥98％

7 The whole production line is equipped with an excess material reverse-flow system and a thermostat, so that the cement glue temperature can be set at will.

8 The whole production line is closed, and chemical smell in the workshop (formaldehyde, benzene, ammonia, radon and TOVC) meets national standard.
